Born on June 20, 1995 in Mexico City, Sebastian Dávila specializes in painting and photography, although in recent years he has devoted himself mostly to painting and experimentation. In an artistic work, dominated by the self-portrait and the urban landscape, the artist reflects on life by comparing it to a journey with a fixed destination, but with an unclear path. Through works that relate dreams, experiences, desires and reflections, Dávila uses a personal, introspective and symbolic language with which he meditates on the experience of being human and our reason for being in a specific time and space within an endless journey of self-knowledge and introspection.
