The starting point of Emilio Said's work lies in a reflection on space and the borders between painting and graphics, urbanism and architecture. The tensions between these disciplines are made visible in the hybridization of media, the superposition of materials, and the fragmentation or deconstruction of objects. The work is a reflection of the paths traveled by the artist.
Different routes converge as exploration possibilities in the GALLERY MEXICO space. Simultaneously, a utopian-metaphoric-architectural field is established that is continuously traveled with the awareness of traveling the paths traced by a living anthropology. "Road trip" proposes a narrative of experiences that allude to the continuous movement of art and the individual.
The last referent of mobility happens in the viewer and in the possibility of passing through the space inhabited by the work from a mental, virtual, and metaphysical location.
