Campeche, 1990. Architect. She studied Production and Teaching of Visual Arts at the Higher School of Arts of Yucatán. Her production deals with an investigation on the work with the found and constructed archive: a trigger for unfolding, narratives and fictions that emerge during its translation, deconstruction and reinterpretation into the languages ​​of painting and graphics. The guiding axes of her work are concepts such as time, visual archeology, absence, memory, repetition and memory. The “b-side” of the experiences contained in the archive: the ghosts that inhabit it, the meta-stories, dreams, the labyrinths of our perception, obsessions and nightmares. She is a fellow of the Young Creators program, FONCA in the specialty of Painting, 2019-2020 and 2017-18 editions. Her work has been exhibited at the A-PART Alpilles International Contemporary Art Festival, France. At the Salzburger Kustverein, (Salzburg, Austria), at the Havana Biennial, Cuba and in the cities of Oaxaca, Aguascalientes, Colima, Puebla, Campeche, CDMX, and Mérida. She currently teaches drawing at the Higher School of Arts of Yucatán (ESAY).
